What Growthiffy is
Growthiffy builds integrated digital growth systems for growing businesses: websites, CRM, automation, SEO and performance marketing, connected as one operating system rather than delivered as separate engagements. I own it, and the operating thesis on this site is the thesis the company runs on.
The structure is deliberately narrow: acquire, convert, scale. Demand generation feeds a lead experience that qualifies and routes; revenue operations carries the follow-up, booking and reporting. One customer journey, one source of truth, one accountable system.
Why the pieces are sold together
Because the failures happen between them. An agency that only runs ads is not wrong about ads; it is simply blind to the handoff where the result actually disappears. The most common sequence I have watched from the client side:
- Traffic improves, so lead volume improves.
- Nothing owns the lead between the form and the first human, so response time slips.
- The CRM records the outcome late, so reporting cannot separate a channel problem from a follow-up problem.
- The next budget decision is made on the wrong diagnosis, and the cycle repeats one quarter later.
Selling the joined system means the engagement includes the unglamorous parts — routing rules, lifecycle definitions, reporting boundaries — because those are what make the visible parts work.
What that structure demands operationally
- A qualification gate before onboarding
- If the client cannot give the system ownership of routing and CRM definitions, the connected version cannot be delivered. Better to decline than to sell half of it.
- One record of truth per client
- Reporting is agreed at the start, including what attribution can and cannot claim. Disputes about numbers late in an engagement are almost always definition disputes that were skipped early.
- Standard components, client-specific rules
- The lifecycle, routing and reporting patterns are standard; the rules inside them are not. That is what keeps delivery repeatable without pretending every business is the same.
- Handover as a deliverable
- The client should be able to run the system without the agency in the room. Anything else is a dependency dressed up as a retainer.
What this page does not claim
- No client names, results or revenue figures are published here.
- The documented performance evidence on this site sits in the other case studies and belongs to earlier employer and client work, not to Growthiffy.
- This page describes an operating model and an ownership fact — nothing more.
